Cougette and Crab pasta side view

Crab, Courgette and Chilli Pasta.

An easy and quick to make pasta dish with full of nutrients and just packed full of flavour.

  • 1 tin White crab meant drained
  • 2 Courgette grated
  • 2 Red Chilli diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Wholemeal pasta


  1. In a large pan of boiling water, add pasta and salt.

  2. Turn the heat to medium and cook the pasta about 1 minute less than the instruction on the packaging.

  3. Once the timer is up, drain the water using the colander and run the pasta under the cool water and set aside for later.

  4. Heat the pan and add butter and oil to the pan. 

  5. Once melted turn the heat down to medium and add chopped garlic and diced red chillies.

  6. Sauté the garlic and chilli for about 2 minutes.

  7. Add the grated courgette to the pan, along with crabmeat and cook for about 5 minutes. 

  8. Add the cooked paste into the pan and turn the heat really low. For about a minute just to heat the pasta.

  9. Turn the heat off and sprinkle some chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese to the dish and mix them together.

  10. Serve with lemon wedge to squeeze over
